Official title:  Senior Analyst/Special Projects Manager.  Compiled and produced report of the first “real numbers” in cap and trade.  I was team lead and produced market analysis of sulfur dioxide emissions built on data from Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, FERC, Form One.

Client base included potentially responsible parties, PRPs, in CERCLA superfund sites in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. Dispersed team relied on Arc-Info Geographic Information Systems, G.I.S., and remote modem-based, data file transfer protocols.
